Jenny Graves, Distinguished Professor and Vice Chancellor’s Fellow at La Trobe University, is an international leader in comparative genomics of vertebrates. She received the prestigious 2023 Ruby Payne-Scott Medal, awarded by the Australian Academy of Science to recognise career achievements in biological science, and she won the PM Prize in Science in 2017.
