Peter Bailey

Peter Bailey is a director and principal of Arup, a global company that works in the built and natural environments. He has had a distinguished career in engineering innovation, playing a major role in upgrades to the Sydney Opera House and Circular Quay, among numerous Australian projects, and working internationally on projects in London, Beijing, New York, Hong Kong and Frankfurt. He worked on structural engineering for the Commerzbank Tower in Frankfurt, designed by leading architects Foster & Partners – the world’s first sustainable office tower.
